Do you ship internationally?

Not yet! We only ship products within the United States.

How long before I can receive my order?

Please expect to receive your order within 2-5 business days with the exception of jewelry. Jewelry items take 5-10 business days to ship.

I sent an email, how long until I hear back?

You will receive a response within 24 hours. We are a small business so we strive to get back to you as soon as we read your email. Customer service is our top priority!

How can I check the status of my order?

Go to the Track My Order page.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal and Shop pay.

I received incorrect item/s. what should I do?

Please contact info@milkandsand.com within 48 hours of receiving the order, so we can take care of this for you. Please provide us with your order number along with a photo of the incorrect item you received.

 My items arrived damaged, what should I do?

Please go to the orders & returns page and fill in your information. You will need to upload a photo of your damaged item as well. Items can be returned within 7 days upon delivery of your item. 

I put the wrong email address on my order, please help!

Please be careful when entering your shipping address. Milk and Sand will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by customer.
